Introducing Luis, our dedicated technician with a heart of gold and a passion for family and cars. When he’s not hard at work, he’s busy keeping up with his three beautiful girls, aged 9, 3, and 1 – they’re his pride and joy! Originally from Venezuela, Luis brought his expertise and love for auto repair to the U.S. in 2017. His journey is a testament to resilience and determination. Growing up in his dad’s shop, he learned the ins and outs of cars, and now he brings that knowledge and skill to our team. Plus, we’re lucky to enjoy delicious homemade Venezuelan dishes thanks to Luis’s wife! We’re grateful to have Luis as part of our team! Thank you for all that you do.
John Jimenez
Technician
Introducing John, our talented technician with a passion for fixing cars and rocking kicks! From the workshop to the soccer field, gym, and golf course, John’s energy and dedication shine through in everything he does. Off-duty, you’ll find him enjoying quality time with his girlfriend, hitting the gym for a workout, or immersing himself in the thrill of live concerts and the magic of Disneyland. Abe Flores
Techician
Alongside his fellow technicians, Abe brings expertise and dedication to our shop, keeping our services top-notch. Off-duty, Abe enjoys bicycling and skateboarding with his girlfriend, soaking up the outdoors whenever he can. He’s also quite the chef, whipping up delicious Mexican cuisine in his downtime. You can also likely find him buried in a stack of books, up to 6 at one time, always hungry for knowledge! Chris Epps

As a navy veteran, Chris embodies discipline, precision, and a strong work ethic, making him an invaluable member of our team. Off-duty, Chris is all about good times with family and friends. He’s a master on the BBQ, loves cheering for the New York Giants, and enjoys hitting the lanes for a game of bowling or the range for some shooting action. When he’s not on land, Chris can often be found enjoying the ocean waves with a swim – it’s one of his favorite ways to relax! Meet Dennis Diaz, our resident comedian and European vehicle expert extraordinaire! With over 20 years of experience under his belt, Dennis is the go-to guy for all things BMW, Audi, Porsche, and Mercedes. This week, we asked him to give us a short bio about himself and he said, “I’m incredibly handsome, the epitome of fitness and health, and humble.” And you know what? We couldn’t agree more! We affectionately call him the “humble mechanic” because despite his massive expertise, Dennis carries himself with grace and humility. He’s the kind of guy who’s more interested in getting your car back on the road than boasting about his skills. When Dennis isn’t working on cars and solving automotive challenges, you’ll find him bringing smiles to everyone’s faces. With 35 years of marriage under his belt, Mike is a devoted family man, sharing his life journey with his wife and two grown children, a son aged 31 and a daughter aged 35. My name is Zarina Mendoza. I am the service manager. I have been in the industry for over 10 years. I am a mom to two beautiful kiddos. I am a soccer mom, both of my kids play soccer year round. WE love to travel-we recently visited DisneyWorld and Arizona. My work goal is to elevate the image of auto repair by creating transparency and honesty with all of our customers. My personal goal is to someday be a shop-owner.
