Jaime Sanders-Papousek has spent more than 20 years in the automotive industry and is passionate about raising the standard for what customers should expect from an auto repair shop.

After purchasing Carlsbad Auto Service in 2023, Jaime set out to build upon the strong foundation established by Wayne and Janet Milack while continuing to modernize the customer experience through transparency, education, and technology. She believes customers deserve clear communication, honest recommendations, and confidence that every repair is performed with care and integrity.

Beyond serving customers, Jaime is committed to developing the next generation of automotive professionals through ongoing training, mentorship, and apprenticeship opportunities. Her goal is simple: create a shop where customers trust the recommendations they receive and employees are proud of the work they do every day.

With more than 30 years of experience in operations, leadership, and human resources, Eva Sanders-Papousek plays a vital role in the culture and growth of Carlsbad Auto Service.
