Carlsbad Auto Repair

Each time my husband and I have taken our vehicles here we get reports on issues and the time-frame of fixing them. They call promptly when they are finished. They also educate us on what the issue was and any other maintenance they see may be necessary in the future to keeps our vehicles running smoothly. They have fixed everything from auto computer/technical issues to a new radiator and even oil change and smog checks. Everyone there has a smile on and is VERY friendly. We will take our vehicles here as long as we live nearby!

Went to Carlsbad Auto for the first time on recommendation of a friend. I needed to do my Smog test and get my Cert. These guys were FANTASTIC!! $38.00 includes the Cert-they file electronically for you-AND they are Star Certified for test and repairs. They were professional, expedient, efficient and trustworthy, EXCELLENT customer service!! Thanks CAS for taking such great care of me!

Great friendly, knowledgeable employees. Good prices also. Stu at check-in applied a coupon to my purchase that I didn't know was in circulation. Much appreciated! They could use a larger waiting area or maybe some tables outside with chairs and umbrellas. I'll be back.

I just brought my car here for a smog test this morning, there was a lull so I got my car in quickly. It was done very quickly ( lucky me) and the service was great. I would recommend them to anyone. Desi

Had front axels replaced at 130,000 miles on 2006 Lexus RX330 two years ago. They went out again at 160,000 and out of warranty. Despite my not being covered, Carlsbad Auto Serviced replaced their work without charging me for parts or labor. You can't find a more decent and fair businessman than Wayne Milack!
